Policy

This company warrants that, at time of purchase, the bird(s)/dog(s)/piglet(s) invoiced are in good health. The BUYER is encouraged to have the bird(s)/dog(s)/piglet(s) examined by a veterinarianof his/her choice within 3 days of purchase. If during this 3 day period, the bird(s)/dog(s)/piglet(s)are found to have a condition that affects their health or well-being as determined by the the examining veterinarian, this company agrees, at its discretion, to either refund to the BUYER the purchase price or to replace said bird(s)/dog(s)/piglet(s) with animals(s) of the same species, sex (if known) and age or animal(s) of equal value if so agreed by the BUYER.
